Commencement of a public subscription of KARO Invest a.s. new shares

Today, KARO Invest a.s. started a public subscription of new shares, up to 298,000 shares. The subscription takes place in two rounds. The first round (from 13^th November to 27^th November 2020) is intended for the company’s existing shareholders to exercise their preferential rights.
