Today the subscription of shares of KARO Leather a.s. on the START market was completed. The company subscribed for shares with a total value of CZK 132,000,000.
The shares of KARO Leather a.s. (ISIN CZ0009008819) have been traded on the START market since 13 November 2019. The issuer subscribed for new shares and it was a so-called SPO (Secondary Public Offering), which had two rounds.
The first round of subscription took place between 8 September and 22 September 2022 and was a subscription of shares to existing shareholders to whom the issuer is legally required to offer shares on a preferential basis. In this round, 5,000 shares were subscribed for at CZK 120. From 12 September 2022 to 26 September 2022, a second round of subscription was conducted in the START-Public Offering system, which was already open to all investors. The price range was set at CZK 120-140 and the order size (lot) at 250 pcs. In the second round, KARO Leather successfully subscribed for a total of 1,095,000 shares at a price of CZK 120 per share. The issuer thus received a total of CZK 132,000,000 from all investors.
Trading in the shares has been suspended during the subscription period and will resume on 27 September 2022.
