On 26 June 2018, the second START Day took place on the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange. The subscription period of the Prabos company neared its end, and the shares of Prabos and Fillamentum, which had been subscribed during the previous START Days, were traded. These shares were traded in the Xetra® system.
Prabos Plus, a traditional manufacturer of work and leisure footwear, offered a total of 12,500 shares. The price per share was set at CZK 400, and the allocation rate was 98.04%. 125 shares were traded in the Xetra® system at a price of CZK 418, so the trading volume reached CZK 52,250. The closing price increased by 4.5% compared to the opening price.
Fillamentum, which manufactures polymer products and whose production portfolio includes, among others, filaments for 3D printers, traded 300 shares in the Xetra® system at a price of CZK 880. The trading volume thus reached CZK 264,000. The closing prices increased by 6.67% compared to the opening ones.
Hub Ventures, which was also supposed to address investors at today’s START Day, did not participate in the subscription at its own request. The reason was the recommendation of the company’s legal advisers that it prepare a supplement to the prospectus, taking into account the recent acquisition of a competing company. This issuer is thus postponing its entry into the market until this autumn.
