Approval of an increase in the registered capital of AtomTrace a.s.

The Shareholders’ Meeting of AtomTrace a.s., held on 14 September 2020, approved, among other things, an increase in the registered capital of AtomTrace a.s., This was proposed in the draft resolution included in the invitation to the Shareholders’ Meeting, published on 14 August 2020, item 7, with the title Decision on the Increase in the Registered Capital of the Company, in accordance with the Decision of the Statutory Director of AtomTrace a.s. on the Increase in the Registered Capital of AtomTrace a.s. as of 14 August 2020 and with the Decision of the Statutory Director of AtomTrace a.s. on Subscription of New Shares of AtomTrace a.s. of 14.8. 2020, published by AtomTrace a.s. on its website on 14 August 2020.
